The hotel is located in the heart of a vibrant area, right in the historical center. It's just a short walk away from the fish market, where you can find amazing seafood restaurants. The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are always on hand to assist with any requests or directions. The rooms may be small, but they are clean, well-maintained, and come with basic amenities such as air conditioning, TV. Some rooms even have a small balcony with a view of the street.
All was faultless and exceeded our expectations.

The Hotel is located within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Haji Sophia & the tram stations that connect to all the tourist sites, this makes it convenient. The WiFi internet in the rooms is free & is a big help.
The Hotel is in a rather run down, noisy business area, with dirty roads. The en suite room is of a fair size & as the Hotel is new the rooms are clean, with a Flat screen tv, mini bar & a/C. The rooms could do with a kettle & tea coffee service, as well as a chair to sit at the already provided work desk

This hotel is in a superb location, within walking distance to all the main sights of the city. The nearby fish market is a must-visit for seafood lovers. The rooms are clean and tidy with basic amenities, and I loved the small balcony with a sea view. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had options for all tastes.
No improvement needed, everything was okay.

The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice view. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The area around the hotel is lively and close to many landmarks and restaurants.
The staff was not very friendly and often seemed disinterested in helping us. The room was small and not very clean.

The hotel offered a pretty good deal for our romantic escape and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions and we also enjoyed the cozy rooms. we were impressed that the sheets and towels were changed every day.
The thin walls as they did not provide adequate soundproofing which disturbed our romantic moments. the breakfast was monotonous, lacking variety, and the cafe was not well-maintained which affected our overall experience.

Sorry to say but I will defenetly not recommend this hotel to anybody even to my worst enemies. Relation price / quality is extrimely poor. If you are looking for a lovely and clean hotel in the center of Istanbul to stay with your couple or family this hotel is not for you.I booked this hotel for 5 nights to spend a New Year with my girlfriend, to be honest we couldnt wait the first morning to check out, what we actualy done and found a new one much more better and cheaper on the top.

I liked the helpful and friendly staff, the clean rooms, the good location near the city center and good value for money.
I did not like the strange salami served for breakfast every day and the lack of food variety. Anyway, the breakfast was good and the rest of the food was fresh.
